I have 4 dogs & have a fruiting pecan nut tree in their backyard enclosure. Although well fed the youngest dog has discovered parts of the nut are edible & now another of my dogs is showing interest in these potentially dangerous thin shelled nuts. The pecan is like walnuts, with the nut found in hard fibrous chambers inside. The sharply edged shell fragments are indigestible & the sharp shell of the nut can cause intestinal damage to dogs. i'm 141 pounds. 15 year old girl. 5 feet. im already a member of a gym and have started exercising the past week...i'm doing. 3 days of 1 hour cardio (30 minutes treadmill 30 minutes elliptical) i generally lose 480 pounds on that day. 3 days 30 minute cardio (lose 200 calories) w/ strength training.. then one day of something just random..treadmill, yoga, kickboxing, whatever. i do scattered runs and i walk 30 minutes everyday. my diet is my weakness...thanks to the jugo juice right in my sports club. but i don't eat junk food and i'm trying to cut down excess sugar and fat.. i love trail mix w/ almonds, cranberries, walnuts, pecans, etc. tea..milk..salmon..i know how to eat healthy and i'll take it there. i'm aware i need to lose 3500 calories to lose a pound...and i'm looking about in the first 2/3 weeks i can lose 2/3 pounds each week...but it'll obviously get harder and there will be weaks i'll just lose 1 pound...i just want to know if it's in anyway possible for me to lose 20 pounds in 2 months in a healthy way. i am willing to exercise 2 hours a day if i have to but i will not cut down meals and such..i still am a growing teenager after all (:. thanks so much and please answer!

My sons father is taking me to court for SOLE CUSTODY!!?

I am 22 years old (full time mother) to a 2 and half year old beautiful boy. I am on welfare and have a nice apartment (not housing) and I also get support from my mother she has been buying me groceries for 2 and half years since my sons father refuses to pay child support. My sons father is 23 years old and has A lot of money, he has a lawyer and I don't and HE FILED COURT ON ME! We both have shared custody since we are both on the birth certificate. I am a stay at home mom, I have been taking care of my child and so has he but he started paying me $198 a month for about 5 months because my social worker demanded it. in October my sons father put my son in daycare Without My Consent!!! and stopped paying me child support all of a sudden!! I went to my social worker and they gave me a paper to show me how much he owes me in child support including the times hes missed and including INTEREST! My sons father makes me have him on the weekends now but I personally think he is doing this because his girlfirend (That he has cheated on me with when I was 7 and half months pregnant) Keeps telling him to take me to court and get SOLE custody and the court papers say he wants me to have supervised visits as if I'm some crack head or something (I DO NOT DO DRUGS) I am a good mother and take care of my son better then my sons father (his sisters and his girlfirned take care of my son and pick him up from day care since my sons father works 9-5 Job) when my son is with me he gets my FULL attention I am a young single beautiful mother and live on my own and make sure there is breakfast lunch and dinner on the table for my son at all times, I bath him at all times he is with me and take him with me everywhere i go when he is with me. I am a stay at home mom, I have been taking care of my child and so has he but he started paying me $198 a month for about 5 months because my social worker demanded it. in October my sons father put my son in daycare Without My Consent!!! and stopped paying me child support all of a sudden!! I went to my social worker and they gave me a paper to show me how much he owes me in child support including the times hes missed and including INTEREST! My sons father makes me have him on the weekends now but I personally think he is doing this because his girlfirend (That he has cheated on me with when I was 7 and half months pregnant) Keeps telling him to take me to court and get SOLE custody and the court papers say he wants me to have supervised visits as if I'm some crack head or something (I DO NOT DO DRUGS) I am a good mother and take care of my son better then my sons father (his sisters and his girlfirned take care of my son and pick him up from day care since my sons father works 9-5 Job) when my son is with me he gets my FULL attention I am a young single beautiful mother and live on my own and make sure there is breakfast lunch and dinner on the table for my son at all times, I bath him at all times he is with me and take him with me everywhere i go when he is with me. I have court on Thursday at 11AM (June 30th) he lied and said i have no food in my fridge, and says my house is always dirty (I had the police investigate my house and said they have never seen a place so clean and nice since i keep my place well kept and they seen i had food in the fridge!) He says my hallway stinks of marijuana (witch is true) but only because my neighbors are pot heads and they are getting evicted they are moving next month my landlord found out they are selling drugs in the building so she evicted them! CLEARY my sons father is doing everything he can to lie on me just to win, wont it show he is trying to take my child from me because he clearly does not want to pay child support and he says he is takin me to court because I have no MONEY!!! Obviously not I only get enough to pay my rent and my mother provides the groceries since he refusees to pay child support but instead Pays the daycare teacher 800 DOLLARS a month! to do my job !! The only thing I am bringing with me is my witness's and my mother (my second sons father should I say) and the paper stating how much CHILD SUPPORT he owes me. My sons father filed for court BEHIND MY BACK but he gave me the court papers LATE (he filed for court MAY 12 2011, AND GAVE ME THE COURT PAPERS ON MAY 31st!) and kept saying he is not going to take me to court if we have a decent custody agreement HENCE why I do not have a LAWYER!!! But I don't believe I need one I am a good mother and I will be honest with the job! Has anyone here built their own laminated rifle stock?

Help explaining something to mother, please help!!?

Ok long story short, I injured my right leg and knee in volleyball when I was 12 in 2006. And since then till this day I have been I gues you could say jumping hurdles over this issue. Mistreated by doctors and misdiagnosed. But I finally went to my first physical thapy day in 2008, but that same day we had 2 deaths in the family that hit us hard so we ignored my problem for awhile and I dint do therapy after all. Now after all these years I finally have a name for what's wrong with me which I'm so glad, it's patellar tendinitis. There small tears in the main ligament that connects your knee to your leg. Ok now I went to my first evaluation for physical therapy after 3 yrs, like 2 weeks ago. But since I found a name for what's wrong with me, everything changed. Like I'm satisfied now, like I don't care if my knee gets better. I'm happy with just a name, and I guess I feel I've been functioning with this injury for like 7 years and it's the only way I know how to live and function, and I don't wanna change anything. I wanna live with my injury, but my problem is I'm 17 and the only child so the parents are a challenge. My dads clueless, so thts not a prob but my mother is the main prob. I've tried to explain to her how I feel and what I want, and she basically called me crazy and blew it off like nothing happened which I hate. And now she scheduled my first physical therapy day without my consent, but I'm planning on having a one on one talk with the physical therapist about my decision, but I'm scared that I'm gonna lose my mothers love, and the bond we have. This is my first question here, and I'm hoping I will get some insightful answers. This will be lengthy and I apologize, but please allow me to explain the situation in full. I am 23 and am currently visiting my brother and sister- in- law for a couple of weeks. They have a five year old son who is a wonderful child, and generally very enjoyable to be around. However, a couple of days after I arrived, I was looking through my suitcase up in the guest bedroom when my nephew entered and closed the door behind him. I greeted him and he asked, "Want to play grown ups?" I said sure and asked him how you play. He started out by telling me we needed to go to the grocery store, preapre dinner, do the laundry. I went along with the game. Then he said it was "time to go to bed" and motioned for me to lie next to him on the floor. I obliged, not thinking anything of it, until he reached under my blouse and touched my breast. I quickly removed his hand and sat up but tried to remain calm as I know he's just a small child. I told him that was not at all appropriate and that it makes people feel very uncomfortable when they are touched in a private area, and to never do that to anyone again. He apologized to me, and then told me not to tell his parents because it would make his mommy cry if I did. Later in the evening, I did end up mentioning what happened to my sister-in-law, just to get her take on it and to make sure I had handled the situation appropriately since he is her child. She became very upset, and told me that this was very troubling because over the past several months this kind of thing has been an ongoing problem. He has been reprimanded twice at school for inappropriate touching of little girls. One incident was a kiss on the lips (that the little girl did not consent to apparently) which is probably rather innocent, but the second incident was his touching another little girl between the legs (also against the girl's will). He has an eight year old sister who has complained of having her nightgown lifted by my nephew even after repeated protestations from her. He has been told over and over and over again by teachers and his parents that acting on these body curiosities that he's having is just not appropriate and must be curbed. I completely understand that children will indeed explore things like this, but when does that type of behavior become excessive? I was compelled to ask for advice after playing with him alone again today. This time he told me we were going to play "boyfriend and girlfriend" and I told him that would be a silly game for us to play, because I am his aunt. He got off the topic and we began playing "superheroes" instead, but at one point during the game he approached me, took my face in his hands and pressed his open mouth against mine in a shockingly suggestive manner. I again tried to keep my composure and I told him that he cannot kiss me that way, that children and adults don't kiss each other that way. He responded with, "But I didn't touch your private parts this time." Perhaps I am over-reacting to this because I don't have children of my own, and I'm not a child psychologist, but his response very much alarmed me. He seems to have a very keen awareness of the impropriety of his behavior, but continues to do it anyway, and even begs me not to tell on him. I don't know what to say to my brother and sister-in-law, I don't know what to say to my nephew, and I'm really not sure what to think of the whole situation. I want to respond and act appropriately considering he is a child, but I do not want to have another incident where I am fondled, or made to feel uncomfortable by my own small nephew. I just don't think the behavior is completely innocent anymore. Am I wrong? Thoughts?

I have court on Thursday at 11AM (June 30th) he lied and said i have no food in my fridge, and says my house is always dirty (I had the police investigate my house and said they have never seen a place so clean and nice since i keep my place well kept and they seen i had food in the fridge!) He says my hallway stinks of marijuana (witch is true) but only because my neighbors are pot heads and they are getting evicted they are moving next month my landlord found out they are selling drugs in the building so she evicted them! CLEARY my sons father is doing everything he can to lie on me just to win, wont it show he is trying to take my child from me because he clearly does not want to pay child support and he says he is takin me to court because I have no MONEY!!! Obviously not I only get enough to pay my rent and my mother provides the groceries since he refusees to pay child support but instead Pays the daycare teacher 800 DOLLARS a month! to do my job !! The only thing I am bringing with me is my witness's and my mother (my second sons father should I say) and the paper stating how much CHILD SUPPORT he owes me. My sons father filed for court BEHIND MY BACK but he gave me the court papers LATE (he filed for court MAY 12 2011, AND GAVE ME THE COURT PAPERS ON MAY 31st!) and kept saying he is not going to take me to court if we have a decent custody agreement HENCE why I do not have a LAWYER!!! But I don't believe I need one I am a good mother and I will be honest with the job! Who will be in the court room with us will it just be me and my sons father? or are we allowed to bring our own people? Hi I have a minor under the age of 7 that I have legal guardianship over. Someone on Facebook has posted pictures of my child without my consent. I asked them to take the pictures down and they refused. I then filled out Facebook's form to have them removed. Facebook had the pictures removed. Then the individual reposted the pictures and deleted me from their friends list. The problem is that in order to fill out the form on Facebook to have the pictures removed again I have to have the exact URL for the pictures that I want removed. I cannot get the URL of the pictures as the person has deleted me from their friends list. Nor do I know any on their friends list that could tell me it. Yet, I know that the pictures are still there. This is very frustrating. What can I do to get these pictures removed for good? Any help would be great.

What's wrong with my car?

I drive a 2005 dodge stratus (sxt?) and just got it from my sister and brother in law just over a week ago. They took real good care of the car and just finished paying off the car in April. They had it fully checked in May before handing it over to me. The mechanic said that the car was good to go and gave it an oil change. The car has over 99000 miles on it. I was driving it home and hadn't noticed any problems with it. All of a sudden, while exiting of the ramp to go home, the car just came to a complete stop! The check engine light came on along with the oil light. I tried turning off the car and restarting it to no avail. I unfortunately had to have the car towed. My brother said it could have been one of three things wrong with the car: alternator, ignition coil or starter. Those things didn't sound too bad and the cost of fixing either three was in my budget. But this morning, I got a devastating call from the shop. The timing belt was worn and overdue for a change and had caused damaged to my pistons. Now with my pistons shot, my engine was shot. The mechanic then said my best bet was to get a new engine or at least a used engine to get my car running again. That's way out of my budget (he quoted me at $2000) and already replaced my timing belt and water pump (I think) without any consent. Is there something else that could have gone wrong? I'm a girl and I feel like I might be getting screwed just because I have no idea what the heck went wrong. PLEASE HELP!!!

Info on my Kent 12 string guitar?

My dad gave me an old 12 string Kent guitar but I know nothing about it. My dad said the guitar is about 30yrs old, putting it around late 70's to early 80's. Now the guitar is kinda broke, missing 2 tuners, and 6 of the pegs on the bridge. Plus there's a 1inch by 2/16 inch crack on the side of the guitar. The guitar body is light tan on top, mahogany brown on sides and back. And the edges are outlined in white. The fret board is dark walnut colour. There's also a, quote my dad, "Mother of pearl" on the head. So if there's any information on this guitar, please tell me.
