Info on my Kent 12 string guitar?

My dad gave me an old 12 string Kent guitar but I know nothing about it. The guitar was given to him from an old high school friend, Danny Halleck (Thought I'd throw that name in there to see if anyone recognizes it. Yes he was his ancestor). My dad said the guitar is about 30yrs old, putting it around late 70's to early 80's. Now the guitar is kinda broke, missing 2 tuners, and 6 of the pegs on the bridge. Plus there's a 1inch by 2/16 inch crack on the side of the guitar. The guitar body is light tan on top, mahogany brown on sides and back. And the edges are outlined in white. The fret board is dark walnut colour. There's also a, quote my dad, "Mother of pearl" on the head. So if there's any information on this guitar, please tell me. I would like to know how much it's worth, how old it may be, and if it's a good guitar (my dad said it's a cheap guitar). Also information on how to fix that crack, or if its a problem to begin with, and where to get parts for this guitar will also be greatly appreciated. If you need more information, I will be happy to give it to you. Thank you in advance!
