Would you say this dinner was a healthy dinner?

I had iced water, fresh bread with cajun pepper and swiss cheese, a salad including Vinagarette, parmesan cheese, purple cabbage, lettuce, leaves, red raisins, onions, and walnuts. Think its healthy enough? What things should i have included or take out to make it healthier? Thx bye(:
