At 17 in maryland could you do it?

okay so my friend is wanting to move out at 17 but im a good person and don't really like being illegal.you know like breaking laws a such,so in result i've come to you smart people except you few who like to me smart buts.anyways in maryland would it be possible if my friend moves out at 17 with consent from her mother? she would have a place to stay with friends and family who care about her and she would still be in school.ive already told her if she did move out she WOULD and WILL stay in school no matter what the cost.so please answer my question no smart remarks.just simply answer thank you
