Can I charge my ex-wife of ABDUCTION if she left the country with our 2 kids without my consent?

...she left the kids to her parents overseas. Then after almost 2 years, she had to get the kids back in UK, since then, I had no contact with them at all. I never received even email like we used to when they were away as they were totally brain washed by her whole family. We haven't sort anything yet to the court and are not legally separated.
