Will I be able to transfer schools if I move in with my brother's girlfriend?

I'm moving in with my brother's girlfriend with my mom's consent. She lives in another district. Will I be able to transfer to the school near her house? My mom & my sister-in-law are going to go register me together. I'm just wondering if there'll be any issues being that she's a non-relative..? She's an adult & has her own home, btw. Thanks!
