Was this legal or illegal to say ?

Ok there's this female iv known for a while we recently had sexual intercourse this hapend more than once but we got in a fight and know is threatening to file charges for rape not once has she said stop or no before or during sex besides that point It frightend me so I told her I had all our phone conversations recorded (which I dont) I only claimed that because she lied about rape I know what I said was wrong but she's now arguing that I recorded her without her consent... what would you do in this situation ?
