I was 14 he was 18..is it illegal?:(?

Ok sooo...i was talking to this guy like 9months ago and he was 18. We wernt dating or anything. But we did have sex. I know what your thinking..sounds pretty bad rite? But i dnt really consent to it. He basicly pushed himself on to me. I kept telling him "no" and "to stop" i even pushed him. I tried to get away but he just pressed on me. Anyway was that rape? Cuz eventually i just gave in and let him. I feel like a slut and i feel like i could have done more. But i didnt.. Is it rape even tho i just gave up in trying to get him to stop and let him do what ever to me? (we were only frinds at the time so no dating and we wernt talking about getting together)
