Do you think I could get in trouble for doing this?

My girlfriend is 17 and she is in foster care; she is not allowed to leave until she is 18; I am 28 and want to spend a weekend with her, If she runs away for the weekend would I be in trouble as she is over 16 and the legal age of consent. Her foster parents will report her missing but she is not a child and is over 16; she just happens to be in care and has to be 18 to spend a night away
