How to tell parents about being pregnant @ 16?

My friend is 16, her boyfriend of 8 months is 18, turnin 19 in 4 months. Her parents don't know for sure that they have been having sex for about 6 months. She came to me and asked for advice how to tell them, but I wasn't much help since I've never been in this situation. Any advice that I can give her would be appreciated. Also, I know I already asked this on here, but, I wanted to clear up a few things. Her parents love this guy. Where they live the age of consent is 16, so it's completely legal for them to have sex now. When she would've gotten pregnant though, would've been right before her 16th birthday. She has a job working at an animal bordin house, and he works at a company with her dad. He has already told her that he would stick around if they were to ever have a child, so him leaving would not be an issue. They are very commited to each other and he lives at her house most of the week so it is easier for him to get to work. She us very against abortion. She has already made it clear that if she would ever get pregnant she would keep it. Her parents were also only about 19 when they had her, but they were closer in age and already married.
