In the state of NM can you move out of your parents house with out consent if you have a child?

my friend has a baby with a guy thats 21 and shes 17. her parents wont sign papers for her to get married or move out can she move out without consent from her parents so she can be with her babys father and child? or can she get call in to the police as a run away. the father could support her full and everything.
