What should I do if my doctor's office gave out my information without my consent?

The registered nurse at my gynecologist's office told my mother over the phone about certain procedures I had done and the medications that were prescribed to me. I am 21 years old, and therefore not a minor, and I did not give consent for any employee in that office to give my personal information to anyone. My private sex life is exactly that... private. What should I do?
