Who is more talented: Patsy Cline vs Dolly Parton?

To be fair, Patsy Cline was killed in a plane crash when she was 30 years old so her career was cut short. Dolly has been able to enjoy a career that has lasted over 40 years. Because of that, it's hard to say for sure who is/was the more talented of the two.
