Who are your overrated and underrated country singers?

Overrated would be anybody and I do mean ANYBODY on top 40 country radio today. Underrated would be Cowboy Copas (do you know he's not in the hall of fame when he was a bigger superstar than Patsy Cline), Jerry Jeff Walker (who did more than just write Mr. Bojangles), Hank Locklin, Don Williams (what took him so damn long to get in the hall of fame), and Dale Watson.
