How easy is it to get a biopsy in the NY area? (Manhattan or Mastic)?

I've been wanting to get a biopsy of something that's been worrying me for some time. Anyways, I'm 18. So would I need parental consent? Would I have to pay something or would insurance cover it? How long would it take for me to get the results?
